BREITLING Breitling has comprehensively upgraded the classic Chronomat mechanical timing series. PB0158101C1S1, as the core masterpiece of the series, fully retains the classic design language and iconic riding watch bezel of Chronomat in the 1980s, and optimizes the case structure to bring a thinner and more fitting wearing experience.
This watch features a stainless steel case paired with a platinum bezel, an ice blue dial that creates a strong visual contrast with a black timing dial, and a black rubber strap that exudes a sporty and sophisticated feel. The surface diameter is 42mm, and the thickness has been reduced from the previous generation s 15.1mm to 13.77mm, significantly improving the comfort and fit for daily wear.
The watch is waterproof to a depth of 200 meters and equipped with curved sapphire crystal glass with double-sided anti glare treatment. The unidirectional ratchet platinum bezel retains the iconic raised rider mark, number, and minute scale of the CHRONOMAT series, upgrading the bezel structure to an integrated component that integrates the bezel ring, insert, rider mark, and screw, resulting in a more refined and sturdy craftsmanship. At the same time, the original 1/100 scale inner circle was cancelled, and the size of the crown shoulder guard was reduced, making the overall lines more concise and neat.
The ice blue dial is equipped with three-dimensional hour markers and central hands, both of which are coated with Super LumiNova luminous coating to ensure clear reading of time in low light environments. The functional layout is clear and practical, including a central time display, a small second hand, a timing second hand, 30 minute and 12 hour timing dials, and a date display window, which can fully meet the time reading needs of daily and sports scenes.
The watch is equipped with a Caliber B01 automatic winding chronograph movement made by Breitling and certified by the COSC Swiss Observatory. It features a column wheel and vertical clutch structure, with a vibration frequency of 28800 times per hour. It is equipped with 47 gemstone bearings for precise and stable timekeeping. Paired with a flat black rubber strap and folding buckle, it is comfortable and durable to wear, combining practicality and fashion sense.
