    Very seductive face to this classic steel and black watch. Well made and sturdy (watch repairman had a hard time taking out the links!) goes well dressy or casual.

    Great watch until it dies (mine lasted about two years). Not sure if it can be fixed or if it is just another disposable item. Great idea for a watch, if it can make it past the two year mark.

    I use this for my aerobic workouts. I was suprised how my heart rate did not go over 130, except when I really push it. That means I am in good shape ( not ) or am just lazy.
    It is usefull to achieve peak performance in the athlete. For the rest of us, it lets us know that it is OK to work harder.
