    Beautiful watch, great price, but the battery was dead when I received the watch. Replaced the battery & was reimbursed by Customer Service without any trouble!!!

    Beautiful watch......If you are a person, with a wrist...prepare to have the band adjusted... A qualified jeweler will be able to do this, for a nominal fee. I am VERY happy with the watch...I have had numerous compliments...I wear it every day...AND I work in the wine industry, so I have quite the physical job...

    This pendant owl watch was just too heavy and too complicated to keep. To have to remove the watch to set the time or to replace the battery was just too cumbersome. Sent back.
