TUDOR once again focuses on its most powerful Pelagos series this year, the new Pelagos 39 looks just like the original Pelagos at first glance, but as you can tell from the name, the brand has reduced the diameter of the watch from 42mm to 39mm, while other specifications remain largely unchanged, so as to meet the market demand for a more moderate diameter, so that people who like dive watches have a new choice again. The Pelagos 39 is a continuation of the Pelagos line. The Pelagos 39 continues the tradition of using a titanium case. The unidirectional rotating bezel is also inlaid with brushed black ceramic to enhance the protection of the front of the watch, and details such as the bezel indexes, case lines, and crown crown guard remain the same as those of the 42mm model. The diameter of the bezel has been adjusted so that it extends slightly beyond the centre case, making it easier for the wearer to grip the rotating bezel. The lettering on the 6 o clock side of the dial of the new Pelagos 39 has also been adjusted, for example, the name of the collection has been printed in red and the lettering underneath has been simplified (ROTOR SELF-WINDING has been removed). In addition, the original titanium bracelet is equipped with a T-fit fast-action clasp, just as on the 42mm model, which allows the wearer to adjust the length of the strap up to 8mm with their bare hands. The T-fit buckle is also fitted with a 25mm strap extension to ensure that the watch can be worn over a diving suit. In addition to the chain, a black rubber strap is also available for owners to swap out for their favourite style.
